This model mix and match the best parts of online learning with elements from traditional education and represents a fundamental change in the way coaches and students approach the learning experience.

This means that apart from an online curriculum and course materials that include text, video, quizzes and assignments, you'll get real coach support and become a part of a virtual cohort with other students. Your coach will be responsible for guiding you through the course materials and will be monitoring your progress in the course.

Each part of the course will require you to study written and prerecorded materials, join online lectures and discussions as well as to complete and hand in written and practical assignments. Your coach will be assisting you through the entire course in a series of 1-on-1 sessions, by marking and commenting on your written work and guide you as to whom of the coach team you can contact for advice and guidance.
